The place is beautifully decorated. Service would have been a five-star if only some of the servers are approachable and answer your questions more enthusiastic hahaha they seem annoyed when we visited, maybe because we're loud haha. We waited more than an hour for the food to be served, we understand because we came as a group of 20+. The food is good, ambiance is good, not that hot considering we came at noon. It's my second time here, still enjoyed and would come again some other time.

Worst Service!!! 2 hrs for food order, given it is not full house. Crews are just robots doing their task. No one is leading the crew, undermanpower and mismanagement. Just take a picture and get out. There are far more better restaurants along the area. Looks good in Facebook but in reality, service is a disaster.

Rhe food is nice, tasty and yummy But the service is not good. They charge for service charge, but no one assist us. Rhe order is made to the counter like fast food style. You need to go again to the counter if need additional order, then howcome they charge you a service charge. I can back because food is nice and the place is beautiful.

Love it , Super wort it the waiting . Yummy foods, Just upgrade thier serving time. Pero while waiting we enjoy the scenery. Too busy staffs on that time. Parking area too crowded specially to Cars for motors thier are designated parking.

Honestly, except for the lack of parking space, it's very solid here. From the staff to the food serving. The staff is friendly and very approachable, the ambiance is cozy and the food is very tasty, their good for 6 person "trio" that fits two families is worth it. A good last destination after wandering around Tagaytay. PS You can park at the adjacent gas station depending on the guard's mood.

I was there with a group of friends and all of us liked this restaurant a lot. The breeze was amazing and the huts were cool to compare with the atmosphere outside. It's also good for photo-taking as well. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. Definitely a good place to try

We only ordered 6 halo halo's and 2 frappes, and it took an hour to serve them. The taste of halo halo is ok, but the person who makes the beverages seems to be sick because of the slowness of their actions.
